My name is André Krings. I am an Interim Manager and Project Leader in the manufacturing industry. I am an expert in plant management – including managing multi-site operations, management and leadership of international projects, as well as operational restructuring and turnarounds.

I join my clients as Plant Manager, COO, Head of Operations, or as Manager of special projects such as production relocations, site consolidations (PMI), strategic projects in crisis situations, or consolidation projects. I enthusiastically serve my clients as a sparring partner.
